  1. Q: Barcode? Where do I find the barcode?

     A: Please locate the barcode sticker on the backside of your packaging. On that sticker you can find a 6 digit number.

  2. Q: Where do I find the correct driver for my Network Card on the Intellinet "User's Manual Drivers & Utlities CD"?

    A:     Please refer to the image below to find the correct driver location for your Network Card.
    You can use this driver for both cards (509510 and 503600).

    Alternatively you may install the card using the drivers from our own web server:
    1. Download latest driver
    Windows 95/98/Me:
    http://www.intellinet-network.com/driver/8139tx-w9x_me.zip

    Windows 2000:
    http://www.intellinet-network.com/driver/8139tx-w2000.zip

    Windows XP:
    http://www.intellinet-network.com/driver/8139tx-winxp.zip


    2. Unzip driver on your HDD, i.E. c:\509510
    3. Shut down PC and insert the network adapter into a free PCI Slot

    4. Boot up the PC, have the Windows CD placed in the CDROM drive

    5. The auto-detection will show up, choose to manually specify
    the driver location, point the installer to i.E. c:\509510\Winxxx (i.E. Windows 98 = c:\509510\Win98)

    6. The installation will now proceed.
