How to determine the barcode number of a product? 

 

  1. Q: Barcode? Where do I find the barcode?

     A: The barcode sticker can be found on the backside of the retail packaging. On that sticker you can find a 6 digit number. This number is required in order to identify the product.

    1: Go to the Support Section of this web site.
    2. Select the product category:     2. Product Drivers / Manuals
     3. Locate your product using the barcode number (see above)

    1: Go to the Home Page of this web site.
    2. Key in the barcode number into the search field and click on "Start Search"
