As multiple users share the printing, scanning, and faxing that these versatile products are capable of, you save money by avoiding the purchase of redundant equipment. And the wireless feature allows you to share the printer on your network without running network cable to that location. Share Your MFP (Multi-Function Printer) Allows multiple users to share a Multi-Function Printer (MFP) over the network to Print, Scan, and Fax from any networked computer. Connect the MFP Server to your network either through the Fast Ethernet LAN port, or through the 802.11g/b wireless interface. Fault-Tolerant Firmware Upgrades The Wireless 1-Port USB MFP Server supports firmware upgrades via a web interface, and includes a fault tolerant upgrade function that allows for upgrades to recover and complete in the event of a network problem during an upgrade. Supports Multiple MFPs and Operating Systems The Wireless 1-Port USB MFP Server has been tested with most of the popular MFPs 1) on the market to ensure that these products can be shared without compromising any of the feature rich functions that they provide.
